Support Engineer at Grandstream

Zhao Yu has a diverse work experience starting in 2009 as an intern at China Unicom. From there, in the same year, they completed an internship at ZTE. The following year, they had an internship at Tsinghua University's Speech Recognition Research Institute, where they worked on constructing a corpus database and wrote an application program. In 2013, Zhao Yu joined Grandstream Networks as a Support Engineer. In this role, they troubleshooted IP Voice/Video Telephony, PBX systems, and FXO/FXS IP Analog Gateway, providing technical support to customers via email and phone. They also performed software/system testing and reproduced and filed bugs reported by customers.

Zhao Yu completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and University of London, from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern California, from 2010 to 2012. In August 2013, Zhao also obtained a CCNA certification from Cisco.
