Josemone K K started their work experience in 2006 at Assyst, where they worked as a Project Manager until March 2008. In April 2006, they also became the Managing Director at At Home Tuition Infotech Pvt Ltd. Later, in April 2008, they took on the role of Director and Chief Executive Officer at Grandtrust Infotech (P) Ltd.

Josemone K K has a diverse education history. In 1995-1998, they earned a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Software Engineering from Bharathiar University. Prior to that, in 1992-1995, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Mathematics from the University of Kerala. Josemone further pursued their academic career and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The ICFAI University, Tripura from 2014 to 2016. In 2020, Josemone also attended a course on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Harvard University. Additionally, they acquired certifications in "Income Statement (P&L) and Cash Flow Explained" and "Brad Feld on Raising Capital" from LinkedIn in 2020.
