Harley Esposito

Harley Esposito has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Harley began their career in 1992 as an Associate Director and Support Analyst for UBS Investment Bank, where they built front office P&L for both Asia and US equity cash and derivative businesses, and supported the risk management application for the Asian and US equity businesses. In 1999, they were promoted to Executive Director, Asset Management Delivery Lead, where they lead the SimCorp Dimension Platform team and served as the subject matter expert. In this role, they conducted pre-inception of new IT demand, gathered cross-functional input to size and scope the effort, and built the proper project team. In addition, they guided delivery of IT Programs, providing direction on budget, time, scope, milestones, design, and SDLC compliance. In 2003, they were promoted to Executive Director, Head of Systems Integration & Solution Architecture / O'Connor, where they directed the IT project team in the development and deployment of all systems for the multi-strategy O'Connor Hedge Fund ($6B AUM). Harley was also responsible for all strategic architecture decisions for both proprietary and 3rd party business applications, and acted as the IT Project Leader for integrating all 3rd party software. In 2021, they joined Grandview Analytics as the Director.

Harley Esposito attended Michigan State University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
