Jen Pavlus

Jen Pavlus has worked in a variety of roles in the finance and banking industry since 1993. Jen began their career as a Management Associate at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., followed by a Financial Planner role at LaSalle Bank. Jen then moved into a series of roles at LaSalle Bank, including AVP, Project Manager for Direct Banking Sales and AVP, Project Manager for Direct Banking Channel Integration and Strategy. In 2008, they joined Cortland Capital Market Services LLC as Director of Human Resources and Office Administration. In 2019, they were appointed Head of Learning and Development for North America at Alter Domus, and in 2020 they became a Real Estate Agent/Pre-License Education at CENTURY 21 Scheetz. Most recently, in 2021, Jen was appointed Managing Director, Talent Management at Grandview Analytics.

Jen Pavlus received a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1993. In 2008 and 2009, they obtained a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute. In 2010 and 2011, they earned a Certified Health Coach certification from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Most recently, in 2020, they completed a Pre-licensure Education Course in Real Estate from the Tucker School of Real Estate.
