Carolyn Dechard Riley

Carolyn DeChard Riley is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Grange Insurance since January 2024. Prior to this role, Carolyn held the position of Corporate Counsel at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where efforts were focused on unifying legal teams in the US and Europe while preparing inter-company agreements. At State Auto Insurance, Carolyn served as Regulatory Counsel & Compliance Director, leading a team on P&C insurance regulations and responding to market conduct exams.
