Jeff Kapp

Jeff Kapp has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Jeff began their career at Chubb in 1989 as an Assistant Vice President and worked there until 1998. Jeff then joined Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they held several roles including Regional Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer. In 2013, they moved to CNA Insurance as an Assistant Vice President and held the position until 2018. Currently, they are the Vice President of Commercial Underwriting at Grange Insurance.

Jeff Kapp holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Jeff has also obtained certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, as well as Unconscious Bias, from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
