Ronda Leach

Ronda Leach has been working at Grange Insurance since February 2000, starting as a Commercial Lines QA Supervisor. Over the years, Ronda has taken on various roles within the company, such as Sr. Commercial Lines Business Analyst and Lead IT Systems Analyst. Ronda also served as VP of Membership at Grange Mutual Casualty Company before transitioning to a role as VP of Education at IIBA Columbus Chapter from 2014 to 2017. Ronda has been involved in implementing Guidewire systems in both Policy and Billing and Claims departments. Additionally, Ronda chaired the BAPDD committee during their time at IIBA Columbus Chapter.
