Ashley Ralston has over 16 years of experience in operations and project management within the resources and marine services industries. As Operations Superintendent and Terminal Representative at Grange Resources since October 2017, Ashley Ralston has developed extensive skills in project implementation and change management. Prior experience includes serving as Marine Services Manager at TasPorts from March 2015 to October 2017, focusing on operational improvement and regulatory compliance. Ashley Ralston began a career at Grange Resources in March 2008 as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, where expertise was gained in planning, contract management, and resource management, supported by an engineering mechanical background.

Grange Resources Limited owns and operates Australia's largest integrated iron ore mining and pellet production business located in the northwest region of Tasmania. The Savage River magnetite iron ore mine, 100km southwest of the city of Burnie, is a long life mining asset with current reserves estimated to extend the mine life to beyond 2035. At Port Latta, 70kms northwest of Burnie, is Grange Resources' wholly owned pellet plant and port facility producing over two million tonnes of premium quality iron ore pellets annually with plans to increase annual production in the coming years to 2.7 million tonnes. Grange holds long term supply contracts for one million tonnes of its annual production and offers the balance of its production to market via a spot sales tendering/contract process.
