Terra Spann has a diverse work experience spanning several healthcare organizations. Terra is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Granger Medical Clinic since April 2022. In this role, they manage the operations of a complex organization with a large number of providers, locations, and employees.

Prior to their current position, Terra served as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Lean Management & Clinical Transformation at BON SECOURS MEDICAL GROUP. In these roles, they were responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial management of the medical group, focusing on integration, infrastructure development, and cultural alignment.

Before joining BON SECOURS MEDICAL GROUP, Terra held various leadership positions at Bon Secours Health System. These roles include Senior Director Operations- Primary Care, where they managed primary care, behavioral health, and oral health divisions, and Administrative Director positions in Medical Specialties and Oncology Services.

Throughout their career, Terra has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to improving operational efficiency and patient care. Terra has experience in managing large teams and implementing strategic initiatives to drive organizational transformation.

Terra Spann obtained a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the University of South Carolina, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Terra then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Operations, from Southern Wesleyan University, completing their studies from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained certification as a Lean Management Training & Kaizen Workshop Lead from the Rona Consulting Group in December 2018. Terra is also a Registered Nurse certified by the South Carolina Board of Nursing since February 2002.
