Rahul Paliwal

Rahul Paliwal is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in media infrastructure and distributed systems. Currently employed at Granica since November 2022, Rahul previously contributed to Meta from November 2020 to November 2022, focusing on the distributed storage abstraction layer for video infrastructure across major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Prior to Meta, Rahul was part of the WhatsApp Media Infra Team from August 2018 to November 2020, where efforts included managing significant daily media ingestion and storage. Rahul's earlier roles include a position as a member of the technical staff at ThoughtSpot and a software developer role at Directi, alongside an internship at STMicroelectronics.
