Jess Wilson

Jess Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jess is currently the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Granicus, a position they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Plex Systems, Inc., including Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis from November 2020 to November 2021, Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis from April 2019 to November 2020, and Senior Financial Analyst from August 2015 to April 2019. From May 2016 to February 2019, Jess served as Treasurer/Secretary & Finance Committee Chair on the Board of Directors at Pets for Vets Inc. Jess also held the position of Communications Chair on the Washington DC Alumni Chapter Board at Elon University from July 2016 to June 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Clarabridge from February 2014 to July 2015, and as an Implementation Consultant at CliftonLarsonAllen from May 2013 to February 2014. Jess began their career as a Business/Financial Analyst at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets from September 2011 to May 2013. Prior to their professional career, Jess gained experience working as a Camp Director at Fairfax County Government from June 2007 to November 2011 and as a Tutor at America Reads from October 2009 to May 2010. Jess also briefly worked as a Marketing/Project Coordinator & Founding Partner at Beloved Community Gardens in February 2009.

Jess Wilson attended Paul VI Catholic High School from 2003 to 2007. Jess then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in Communications at Elon University - Martha and Spencer Love School of Business from 2007 to 2011. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Women in Leadership from Cornell University.
