Jody Kolbach has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jody began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory, Economics & Policy as an Assurance Advisory Accounting professional from 2000 to 2002. Jody then joined Seagate Technology as a Sr. Finance Analyst from 2002 to 2008. Following this, they worked at Granite Construction where they held various positions, including Sr. Finance Analyst, Six Sigma Black Belt, Supply Chain Sourcing Manager, Continous Improvement Leader, and most recently, Director HR Services and Transformation.
Jody Kolbach obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix in 2004. Prior to that, Jody earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Kansas State University in 2000. In 2019, Jody received the Global Managed Change Practitioner Certification from LaMarsh Global, and also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2019. Additionally, in 2015, Jody obtained the Black Belt Certification (BB) from Granite Construction.
