Anita Fangmeier

Anita Fangmeier began their work experience as an HRIS Coordinator at Thrifty Rent-a-Car, Inc in 1999. Anita then moved on to Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, where they held various roles, including Compensation Analyst, Analyst, Executive Compensation, Analyst, HR Compliance & Research, Manager, Corporate Compensation, Manager, Corporate Compensation & HRIS, and Sr. Director, Compensation, HRIS & Payroll. In these positions, they were responsible for developing and implementing compensation programs, analyzing jobs and preparing job descriptions, conducting compensation surveys, overseeing performance evaluations, and managing the HRMS. In 2014, they joined NORDAM as the Director of HR Shared Services, where they oversee the design and administration of compensation programs and ensures compliance with laws and regulations. Anita also analyzes cost impact, recommends changes in compensation programs, and assesses competitive pay levels.

Anita Fangmeier completed their Bachelor's degree in English at Oklahoma State University from 1992 to 1996. Anita then pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at the same university from 1996 to 1998.
