Susan Marple

Susan Marple, CCEP, has extensive experience in compliance and legal support, currently serving as a Compliance Manager at Granite Construction since June 2018, and holding a similar role at Layne Christensen since February 2003. Marple has also worked as a Senior Paralegal and Compliance Analyst and Paralegal Supervisor at Layne Christensen, overseeing legal department operations and focusing on corporate governance and internal investigations. Prior to these roles, Marple was a Paralegal at Stinson Leonard Street LLP, where responsibilities included managing word processing and proofreading departments after beginning as a proofreader. Marple's career started as a proofreader at Shook, Hardy & Bacon. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in English from Benedictine College and graduate studies in English at Kansas State University.
