Jon Dutton

Jon Dutton is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in leasing and asset management. Currently serving as the Director of Leasing at Granite Properties since April 2019, Jon previously held leadership roles in leasing at Brookfield Properties from August 2013 to March 2019. Earlier experience includes asset management at The Lionstone Group and financial analysis at Weingarten Realty Investors. Jon began the career in 2005, working in various roles including leasing agent and property tax consultant, and has also served as an asset manager and acquisitions associate. Educationally, Jon Dutton holds a BBA in Real Estate from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business, completed in 2006.
