Shelby H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shelby began their career at the North Shore Music Theatre as an Usher from June 2010 to July 2013. Following that, they worked as a Job Coach Specialist at Northeast Arc for a few months in 2016, where they provided coaching to individuals with disabilities and delivered training on job tasks. Shelby then joined Build-A-Bear Workshop as a Sales Associate and later became an Associate Manager, responsible for managing a team, handling cash operations, and overseeing store opening and closing. From December 2016 to April 2017, Shelby worked as a Client Service Professional at H&R Block, where they answered client inquiries, assisted with payments, and directed them to tax professionals. Shelby then served as a Bank Teller at Meredith Village Savings Bank from July 2017 to September 2019. In 2019, Shelby worked as a Receptionist at FOX RUN EYE CARE.
