Hope Kelly, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Hope Kelly, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Hope began their career in 1989 as a Buyer/Planner at Dynamics Research Corporation. In 1995, they started their own business, Kelly's Keepers, where they owned and operated a giftware business, managing all aspects of the business, and teaching decorative painting. In 2001, they became a Human Resources Representative at Associated Grocers of New England, Inc., where they were responsible for recruiting, retention, auditing and compliance and support. In 2004, they moved to Symmetry Medical as a Human Resources Representative, responsible for benefits administration, safety/workers compensation, tuition assistance program and retention. In 2006, they returned to Associated Grocers of New England, Inc. as Human Resources Manager, leading all Human Resources functions for 700 employees, partial workforce collectively bargained. In 2013, they moved to American Medical Response as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing leadership and support for Eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine Operations. In 2015, they joined ECCO USA, Inc. as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing consultation and support to business units and managers. In 2017, they joined Granite State Manufacturing as Director of Human Resources, a key member of their senior management team. In this role, they were responsible for attracting and retaining the best possible skilled workforce, leading the efforts to create career paths within the organization, and training and preparing the next generation of skilled workers.

Hope Kelly, SPHR, SHRM-SCP holds a BSBA in Management from Merrimack College and has completed business technology coursework at Shawsheen Valley Regional Vocational Technical School. In 2015, they obtained their SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM and in 2019, they obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources\u00ae (SPHR\u00ae) Certification from HRCI.
