Ken Pepe

Ken Pepe has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as Manager of Program Planning and Support at Optics 1 since December 2016. Previous roles include Senior Project Planner and Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, where responsibilities encompassed budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis. Prior to Optics 1, Ken was a Drum and Bass Instructor at Smash Music New England and a Senior Financial Analyst at L-3, where key metric forecasting and variance analysis were critical duties. Ken also held the position of Associate Program Finance Manager at Harris Corporation, overseeing junior analysts and managing project financial reporting. Ken holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration, one with a focus on Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
