Bolaji Oso

Bolaji Oso has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. Bolaji currently works as a Project Manager and Delivery Lead at Granite Telecommunications. Previously, they worked as an Agile Project Manager at Fannie Mae and an Agile IT Project Manager at Addy Energy LLC. Bolaji has also held positions as a Sr. Scrum Master at Alltran, Scrum Master at Enterprise Bank, and IT Project Manager at Global Impact. Earlier in their career, they worked at Fidelity Bank PLC, where they held roles as an IT Project Manager and Scrum Master, Product Business Development Manager, and Relationship Manager. Bolaji has extensive experience in managing development teams, utilizing various models to improve efficiency and create better insight.

Bolaji Oso holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lagos State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in 2023, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2023, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2021, and Scrum Master Accredited Certification (SMAC) from the International Scrum Institute (Scrum Institute) in 2021. They also have additional certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
