Melanie Richards

Melanie Richards is an experienced professional with a strong background in account management and educational roles. Currently serving as the Government Contract Optimization Manager at Granite Telecommunications since November 2016, Melanie has held various positions including Government Solutions Program Manager and Team Lead for Government Accounts, focusing on communications for government clients. Prior experience includes roles at Brandeis University as a Course Assistant and Experiential Learning Coordinator, and positions at Granite Telecommunications and other organizations where Melanie excelled in customer service, event coordination, and marketing support. Melanie holds a Master's degree in Classical and Ancient Studies from Brandeis University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Spanish from Northeastern University, complemented by a study abroad experience in Spanish Language and Literature in Sevilla.
