Scott Shearing

Scott Shearing is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government proposal management at Granite Telecommunications, where since February 2004, Scott has progressed from a provisioning team lead to the Senior Supervisor of the Government Solutions Proposal Support Team. Scott leads a team of eight analysts, overseeing the proposal and contract life cycle for government opportunities while fostering talent development. Scott also served as the Campaign Manager for the Committee to elect Jared Homer for the Brockton School Committee, effectively coordinating volunteer efforts and community engagement. Previous roles include various supervisory and managerial positions in provisioning at RCN and Winstar Communications. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Bridgewater State University and an Associate's degree from Massasoit Community College.
