Senthil Kandasamy

Senthil Kandasamy has a strong background in software development and telecommunications. Senthil started their career as a Senior Software Developer at Computer Discoveries Inc in 2000 and worked there until 2005. Senthil then joined GCI as a Senior Engineer from 2005 to 2007, where they were responsible for designing and delivering cutting-edge software solutions. After that, they worked at ACS XEROX Company as a Senior Software Engineer from 2007 to 2009, leading a team in developing complex data processing systems. Since 2009, Senthil has been with Granite Telecommunications, initially serving as a Development Lead/Senior Engineer until 2014, where they played a pivotal role in designing and delivering software solutions. Senthil then took on the role of Manager of Software Development from 2014 to 2019, leading cross-functional teams and delivering scalable solutions. Currently, Senthil holds the position of Director of Software Innovation and Shared Services at Granite Telecommunications. In this role, they formulate a product vision and roadmap, improves products and operations, and mentors engineers to enhance technical leadership within the organization.

Senthil Kandasamy completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Production at the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli from 1993 to 1997. Senthil later pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science at the Illinois Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2001. In addition, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in December 2023.
