Sarah Defalco

Sarah DeFalco has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Chief Human Resources Officer at Granite VNA since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Results Physiotherapy, where they held various HR roles including Chief Human Resources Officer, Vice President of Human Resources, Senior HR Director, HR Director, HR Manager, and HR Business Partner from 2015 to 2021.
