Antti Heinikainen

Antti Heinikainen has a diverse work experience in various roles. Antti started their career at Processing Finland Oy as a Technical Sales Engineer, where they were involved in sales, design, and construction of water treatment equipment for large-scale indoor spas and pure water systems for industries. After that, they worked at Hilti Group as an Account Manager, specializing in the energy and industry sector. Antti then briefly worked at Avo-Putki Oy as a Foreman, where they supervised plumbing projects. Antti also completed a Master's thesis project at Etelä-Savon Energia Oy, focusing on finding alternatives to peat usage in a power plant. Antti pursued their studies during this time at LUT University, where they worked as a Student. Following their studies, they joined Metsä Board as a Service Manager, responsible for various construction and maintenance projects, budgeting, service provider management, and plant safety. Most recently, Antti is serving as a Group Manager at Granlund, overseeing expert tasks related to building technology and leading a team of professionals in HVAC, electrical, and automation fields.

Antti Heinikainen completed their education with a Master's degree in Energy Technology from LUT University, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Talotekniikka (Building Services Engineering) from Mikkelin Ammattikorkeakoulu, during the period of 2011 to 2015. Before entering higher education, Antti Heinikainen attended Ristiinan lukio and completed their Ylioppilas (Finnish Matriculation Examination) in 2010.
