Ritva Rissanen

Ritva Rissanen has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ritva started their career as a Trainee at Arvo Westerlund Oy in 1985. Ritva then worked as a Trainee and Site Engineer (part-time) at Rakennusosakeyhtiö Hartela from 1986 to 1990.

In 1990, Ritva joined Helsinki University of Technology as a Research Assistant, where they worked until 1992. Ritva continued their research career at the same university as a Researcher from 1993 to 1998.

In 1998, Ritva joined Pöyry as a Department Manager, Project Manager, and Technical Expert. Ritva worked with Pöyry for 16 years, until 2014. During their time at Pöyry, they held various managerial and technical positions.

From 2014 to 2015, Ritva worked at Ramboll as the Head of Department for Real Estate Technical & Energy Consulting.

Since 2015, Ritva has been working at Granlund as a Business Segment Director.

Ritva Rissanen obtained a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, where they studied from 1986 to 1992.
