Marit Telin

Marit Telin serves as the Director of HR, Sustainability, and Internal Communications at Grano since October 2021, overseeing HR strategies for a Finnish multi-sector company. Previously, Marit held the role of Director of HR and Communications at VINCI Energies from August 2018 to October 2021, contributing to the operations of a global group in the contract and concession sectors. Marit was the Chief HR Officer at Peab Suomi from June 2014 to July 2018 and also worked as Group HR & HRD Manager for Esperi Care Oy from May 2012 to May 2014, managing HR functions for a leading private healthcare corporation. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at IPtune and Operations/HR Manager at TEMP-TEAM Finland Oy, along with diverse consulting and sales positions from December 1999 to December 2005. Marit holds multiple degrees in Economics and Human Resource Management from institutions including Vienna University of Economics and Business and Högskolan i Halmstad, and is currently pursuing further studies at the University of Helsinki.
