Tanya Ermolaeva is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product and visual design. Currently serving as the Founding Designer at Granola since July 2025, Tanya has previously held roles such as Product Designer at Intercom and Product Design Consultant at Tanya Ermolaeva Studio. With a background that includes senior positions at Wednesday Studio and founding roles at Plurana and Ornamika, Tanya has honed expertise in user experience, product strategy, and brand design. Educational credentials include a BA (Hons) in Design and Interaction from the University of the Arts London and a Specialist Degree in Modern Philosophy from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
