Minda Reaves

Minda Reaves has extensive experience in the human resources field, starting in 1994 as a Payroll & Benefits Manager at Waters Management, Inc. Minda then worked as a Human Resources Manager at Buck Management Corp/Buck Lumber & Building Supply, Inc from 1997 to 1999. From 1999 to 2003, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Hagemeyer North America, providing strategic HR support and conducting employee investigations.

In 2003, Minda joined H. J. Russell & Company as a Human Resources Manager, where they supported senior management on various HR issues and conducted comprehensive employee investigations. From 2004 to 2010, they worked as a Division Director of Human Resources at Kindred Healthcare, partnering with senior-level management on performance management and employee satisfaction.

From 2010 to 2016, Minda served as a Human Resources Director - East at Rural/Metro Corporation, leading a team of HR managers and managing employee relations in union and non-union environments. Minda then moved on to work as a Human Resources Director - Central Division at SavaSeniorCare Administrative Services LLC from 2016 to 2017.

Most recently, Minda joined LocumTenens.com in 2017 as a Human Resources Director, overseeing HR operations until 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Human Resources at Pearlman Group, where they lead the HR department.

Minda Reaves attended Summerville from 1988 to 1991. Minda then went on to study Business Administration at the College of Charleston from 1991 to 1993.
