Mauro Aramburu Chipchase has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Mauro started their career at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, where they worked as an HR Recruiter and later as a Selection Technician in the Talent and Culture Department. Mauro then joined Hays as a Consultant in the Technical Division, specializing in selecting and evaluating candidates for engineering positions. Currently, Mauro is working at Gransolar Group, where they have held various roles, including Head of Talent Attraction, Training & Development, and Head of Talent Attraction. In these roles, they have been responsible for defining global procedures to enhance talent attraction strategies, managing end-to-end selection processes, and conducting interviews.

Mauro Aramburu Chipchase completed their Bachelor's degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Colegio Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, specializing in Social Sciences from 1998 to 2011. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Direction from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros from 2016 to 2017.
