Traci Copeland

Traci Copeland has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Traci is currently employed as the Human Resources Director at Grant Cardone Enterprises. Prior to this, Traci served as the Director of Human Resources at Myles Restaurant Group, where they worked from November 2021 to March 2023.

Traci's expertise in human resources also extends to their involvement with the HR Association of Broward County (HRABC). Traci held the position of President from January 2022 to October 2022 and was the President Elect from October 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Myles Restaurant Group, Traci held key roles in HR at BurgerFi, 50 Eggs, and Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill. At BurgerFi, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources from December 2020 to November 2021 and as the Director of Human Resources from March 2020 to December 2020. At 50 Eggs, Traci worked as the Field Human Resources Manager from July 2019 to March 2020 and as the Talent Acquisition Manager from November 2018 to July 2019. Traci's tenure at Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill was from May 2018 to November 2018, during which they held the role of Sr. Regional HR Generalist.

Traci's earlier career includes positions at Kohls, Sears Holding Corporation, MasTec/Advanced Technologies, and Perfumania.com/Take to Auction.com, Inc. At Kohls, they were the Territory HR Generalist from November 2012 to May 2018 and the Regional Executive Operations Assistant from January 2008 to December 2012. Traci's tenure at Sears Holding Corporation as an Executive Operations Assistant lasted from June 2006 to December 2007. Traci also gained experience as an Operations Manager at MasTec/Advanced Technologies from February 2005 to February 2006. Lastly, Traci worked as the Marketing Director at Perfumania.com/Take to Auction.com, Inc from September 2000 to April 2004.

Traci Copeland completed their Master of Jurisprudence degree in Employment/Labor Law at Tulane University Law School from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Florida International University from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. In addition to their formal education, Traci has obtained several certifications, including "Creating Your Personal Brand" and "Top 10 Rules for Highly Effective Leadership" from LinkedIn in 2023. Traci also acquired the "WSET Level 2 Award in Wine & Spirits" and "WSET Level 1 Award in Wine" from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2019, as well as the "Level 1 Sake" certification from the Sake Sommelier Association in 2019. Traci further holds the "Certified Professional" designation from the Society for Human Resource Management, which they obtained in 2017.
