Senior Consultant, Project Management at Grant Leading Technology

Sulvia Doja, MPP, PMP has several years of work experience in project management and healthcare policy. Sulvia is currently working as a Senior Consultant, Project Management at Grant Leading Technology, LLC, where they are responsible for managing projects valued at $7 billion for a large U.S. government agency. Prior to this, they worked at the National Academy of Medicine as an Associate Program Officer, leading the planning and development of healthcare studies and policy recommendations. During their time there, they supervised outreach, communication, and dissemination of healthcare projects and published six healthcare studies. Before that, they gained experience as a Policy Analyst Intern at Friends of Cancer Research.

Sulvia Doja, MPP, PMP, has an extensive education history. Sulvia began their journey by earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Chatham University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Building on their strong foundation in the sciences, Sulvia pursued further education at Carnegie Mellon University from 2010 to 2012.

At Carnegie Mellon, Sulvia simultaneously completed two Master of Science (MS) degrees in Healthcare Policy & Management. The first was obtained from the main university, while the second was earned specifically from the Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy within Carnegie Mellon.

Sulvia's dedication to professional development also led their to obtain the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI) in January 2015. This certification showcases their expertise and proficiency in project management.
