Michael Myers

Michael Myers is an accomplished trumpet player with extensive experience in prestigious orchestras and music festivals. Currently, Michael is a trumpet with the Seattle Symphony since September 2017 and has been part of the Grant Park Music Festival since May 2009. Previous engagements include positions with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, where Michael served from September 2013 to September 2017 and briefly as 2nd Trumpet from September 2010 to June 2011. Michael also performed with the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the Oregon Symphony. Educationally, Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Industry from James Madison University and a Master of Music in Trumpet Performance from Rice University.
