Ellen Turner

Ellen Turner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role is at Grant Street Group where they currently serve as the Operations Lead. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst at the same company.

Before joining Grant Street Group, Ellen worked at Epic as a Technical Solutions Engineer for six years. Ellen supported large hospital systems and developed personal relationships with IT staff and Operational Leadership while troubleshooting clinical software issues. Ellen also led Operational Engagement initiatives and managed customer and internal communication for a web migration project.

Ellen's earlier experience includes working as a Chemistry Professional Intern at Walt Disney World, where they analyzed water samples and operated analytical chemistry equipment. Ellen also served as a Chemistry Mentor and Tutor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and worked as a Circulation Desk Employee at the university's library, assisting patrons with check-ins, check-outs, and research questions.

Ellen Turner obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics from 2009 to 2011. In addition, they have a certification in AWS Fundamentals Specialization from Coursera, obtained in 2021.
