Hilary Haynes

Hilary Haynes serves as the Global Head of Leadership Development at Grant Thornton International Ltd since January 2020 and has held the position of Head of Organisational Capability at Grant Thornton Australia since 2014. With expertise in leadership and professional skills development, Hilary has previously worked as the Head of Learning and Development and NSW/ACT Regional Training Manager at Commonwealth Bank, as well as the Learning and Development Manager for Operations at Allianz Australia. Additionally, Hilary has extensive experience in consultancy and organizational development, having run a consultancy in Johannesburg. Hilary holds a Master's degree in Leadership from Deakin University, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Ascet Tech, and various degrees from institutions including the University of Pretoria and the University of the Witwatersrand.
