Ngozi Ogwo is a Nigerian business executive who is currently the CEO of Grant Thornton Nigeria. Ngozi has over 25 years of experience in auditing, finance, and operations management.

Ogwo began their career in 1987 as an audit supervisor at Spiropulous Adiele Okpara & Co. Ngozi was promoted to head of audit services in 1998 and became an international practice partner at the firm in 2001. In 2013, they left Spiropulous to become the head of operations at EMB Finance and Securities.

In their current role as CEO of Grant Thornton Nigeria, Ogwo is responsible for leading the firm's operations in Nigeria and providing clients with assurance, tax, and advisory services.

Ngozi Ogwo completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Finance at Atlantic International University. Ngozi then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration in Business Administration from Rivers State University of Science and Technology. Finally, Ngozi Ogwo completed their Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from The Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri.
