Sofie Verheij

Sofie Verheij has extensive experience in international tax, currently serving as a Manager International Tax at Grant Thornton Netherlands since October 2018. Sofie's career progression at Grant Thornton includes roles as Junior Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant in International Tax. Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Sofie worked as a Werkstudent at Servicepunt71, where responsibilities included conducting research, establishing processes, and planning meetings. Sofie holds a Master's degree in Tax Law from Leiden University, completed in 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Law with a focus on Tax Law, also from Leiden University, awarded in 2017, alongside studies at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam during the same academic year.
