Eliott Rawling

Eliott Rawling has extensive experience in corporate finance and M&A. Eliott began their career at Grant Thornton UK LLP, where they held various roles including Director, Associate Director, Lead Advisory Manager, and Lead Advisory Assistant Manager. In these positions, they specialized in transactions ranging from £5 to £150 million and provided comprehensive support throughout the transaction lifecycle. Eliott also worked as an Audit Executive during their time at Grant Thornton. Additionally, they had a six-month secondment at Anexsys Ltd as an Interim Finance Director, where they supported the carve out and acquisition of the company by Xact Data Discovery. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks including the sale process, integration strategies, monthly management accounts, and supervision of finance operations.

Eliott Rawling obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Statistics from The University of Sheffield between 2009 and 2012.
