Sophie Faulkner

Sophie Faulkner has extensive experience in reward and benefits management, currently serving as the Reward and Benefits Manager at Grant Thornton UK LLP since October 2008, where responsibilities include managing daily administration of the flexible benefits package and project managing the annual renewal process. Prior to this, Sophie held various roles at Northamptonshire County Council from April 2002 to October 2008, including Senior Benefits Administrator and Principal Pensions Assistant, focusing on the administration of the Local Government Pension Scheme. Sophie also worked as a Pensions Assistant at the London Pension Fund Authority from August 2000 to April 2002. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Local Government Pension Scheme Management from the University of Worcester and an AAT in Accounting from Aston Commercial Training.
