Melody Lidstone has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Melody started their career in 1988 at Laidlaw Environmental Head Office, where they worked as a Salary and Benefit Administrator in the Human Resources department. Melody was responsible for maintaining employee benefit and salary programs company-wide and even created a program to calculate monthly benefit premiums.
