Cherie Zeier

Cherie Zeier is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations, compensation, and benefits management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the University of Arkansas Grantham since May 2018, Cherie is responsible for overseeing HR functions, including compensation, benefits, payroll, and people analytics, while also leading the implementation of HR systems and reporting strategies. Prior to this role, Cherie held progressive positions at Sedgwick LLP, including Associate Director of Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations and Director of Benefits & Compensation, where responsibilities included administering benefit programs and ensuring legal compliance. Cherie's earlier career includes roles such as Senior Human Resources Manager at Sedgwick LLP, Human Resources Generalist at InPhyNet Hospital Services, and Human Resources Manager at GRAEF. Cherie holds a Master of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Alverno College.
