Rodney Hicks

Rodney Hicks, PhD, MPA, PMP, currently serves as the Vice President of the Enterprise Project Management Office at CareOregon since April 2021 and is a Professor at the University of Arkansas Grantham since January 2016. Previously, Rodney held key roles in supply chain management, including positions at Children’s Comm Clinic and Bobbie Baby, as well as Director of Supply Chain at Evolve BioSystems, Inc. where Rodney contributed to probiotic-based biotherapeutics. Rodney's extensive experience includes directorship roles at Kaiser Permanente, OHSU, Affymetrix, Hewlett-Packard, and FedEx Ground, demonstrating significant leadership in supply chain operations and strategic initiatives. Rodney earned a PhD in Information Systems Management with a focus on healthcare from Walden University and holds an MPA and BA in Information Systems and Organizational Development from Portland State University.
