Nepheli Sparks

Nepheli Sparks currently serves as the Financial Director for Grants Pass School District 7 since April 2022 and has held the position of Business Manager for the City of Medford, OR since October 2018. Prior experience includes the role of Department Head with the DoD, Navy from 2015 until October 2018, and Program Manager at Jacobs Technology from 2012 to October 2018. Nepheli holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from Ashford University, completed between 2010 and 2012, and possesses two Bachelor's degrees from the University of Washington.
