Mahesh Sharma

Mahesh Sharma has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and positions. Mahesh is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Granules India Limited, a position they assumed in December 2022. Prior to that, they founded Mahesh Learning Solutions in June 2022.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Mahesh worked as a Talent Development Partner at Viatris from September 2018 to May 2022. Viatris is a global healthcare company formed through the merger of Mylan and Upjohn.

From 2016 to 2018, Mahesh served as the General Manager and Head of Organizational Development at Laurus Labs Limited.

Prior to that, they were the Chief Consultant for Behavioral Transformation and Coaching at Vi'eNnI Consulting LLC from March 2015 to February 2016.

Mahesh also gained extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry as the Associate Director of the Leadership Academy at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from November 2012 to February 2015.

Additionally, Mahesh has a strong background in the Indian Air Force, where they held various roles, including Chief Instructor, Joint Director (Special Operations), Chief HR & Admin Officer, and Staff Officer positions. Mahesh served in the Indian Air Force for a total of 25 years, from 1987 to 2012.
