Sivaram Prasad Guntamukkala

Sivaram Prasad Guntamukkala has an extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sivaram Prasad is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Granules India Limited, a position they have held since January 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as the Sr. Vice President - Projects & Operations at the same company from March 2017 to December 2018.

Before joining Granules India Limited, Sivaram worked as a Sole Proprietory Consultant at Pharmatech Consultants from September 2015 to February 2017. Sivaram Prasad also served as the Executive Director - Manufacturing at Novast Laboratories from September 2008 to August 2015.

Sivaram's earlier experience includes working as a Project Leader at Biovail Corporation in the period of 2006 to 2008 and as a Manager Technical Services at PharmEng Technology from 2003 to 2006. Sivaram Prasad previously held the position of General Manager - Technical at Granules India Limited from 1999 to 2003 and Head of Operations at Sangfroid from 1992 to 1999. Sivaram Prasad began their career as a Production Executive at AstraZeneca from 1988 to 1991.

Sivaram Prasad Guntamukkala completed their education in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. From 1982 to 1986, they attended Karnatak University and obtained a degree in B.Pharm, specializing in pharmacy. Later, from 1990 to 1992, they pursued further studies at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where they earned an M.S degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
