Gwenn Spence

Gwenn Spence has a strong background in student services and special education, with experience in various school districts. Gwenn served as the Director of Student Services at Granville Exempted Village School District from 2014 to present. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of Special Education at South-Western City Schools from 2013 to 2014. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Director of Student Services at Norton City Schools. Before that, they served as the Director of Student Services at Jamestown RI from 2009 to 2011 and at Westonka Schools from 2001 to 2007.

Gwenn Spence began their education at Wayzata High School from 1983 to 1987. Gwenn then attended the College of St. Catherine from 1990 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Early Childhood Special Education. Following that, they pursued a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at the University of St. Thomas, which they completed from 1991 to 1993.
