Justin Heidelberger

Justin Heidelberger is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technology services and support. Currently serving as an Authorized Technician at Grapevine MSP Technology Services since July 2020, Justin manages the IT infrastructure for over 100 clients across diverse sectors, including agricultural, health, and retail. Prior to this role, Justin worked at CharTec LLC from September 2012 to June 2020 as a Priority Support Senior Technician, where responsibilities included managing and monitoring high-priority support tickets. Justin's career began in the US Army from September 2004 to September 2008 as a Joint Network Node Operator, overseeing the installation and maintenance of a Voice Over IP network while providing customer service. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Digital Forensics from DeVry University, completed between 2011 and 2013.
