Lily Semere

Lily Semere is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in global sales development and team leadership. Currently serving as the Global Sales Development Manager at Hygraph, Lily has achieved significant milestones, including a 150% month-over-month increase in opportunity creation and a 600% increase in conversion rates from both inbound and outbound prospecting. Previous roles include leading the Sales Development Team for EMEA and APAC at Bitrise, where Lily supervised a team of seven and contributed to a highly successful pipeline generation strategy, and excelling as an Account Executive. Lily's career began in community development and marketing at Travis and Meetroo, and earlier experience includes sales channel development at Qupact International.
