Paul Miseldine

Paul Miseldine has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of silicon design and engineering. Paul currently holds the position of Senior Director in Silicon, Logical Design at Graphcore since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Silicon Director, Logical Design from December 2022 to July 2023, and as the Silicon Team Lead, Logical Design from July 2021 to December 2022 at the same company.

Before joining Graphcore, Paul worked at HILIGHT SEMICONDUCTOR LIMITED from April 2017 to April 2019, where they held the role of Digital Design Engineer/Principal Applications Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Phabrix as a Principal Engineer from July 2013 to April 2017.

Paul has extensive experience in the industry, having worked at Nallatech as a Systems Engineer from November 2006 to June 2013.

Paul'scareer in the field began at QinetiQ, where they worked as an Electronics Engineer. During their tenure, they served as the Task Team Leader for the firmware integration for the demodulation logic of a reconfigurable satellite modem receiver. Paul also acted as the Technical Lead for a project developing an FPGA-based algorithm accelerator. Additionally, they worked as a Design Engineer for an underwater diver detection system.
