Coleman Larlee

Coleman Larlee is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President of Mills at Graphic Packaging International, LLC since September 2022. Prior to this role, Coleman Larlee held various leadership positions at SABIC, including General Manager of a $2 billion Polycarbonate manufacturing site, where responsibility encompassed five chemical plant operations and two remote resin compounding plants in South America. Additional roles at SABIC included Director of Organizational Change Management & Site Readiness, overseeing the transition of $8 billion in business units to a common SAP platform, and Director of Compounding Strategy for the Americas and Europe, focusing on process improvements and strategic planning. Coleman Larlee's career began in the United States Army as a Major in Special Forces, following a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from Colorado State University. Previous experience also includes key positions at GE, where responsibilities spanned maintenance, engineering, and environmental health and safety management.
