Jeffrey Scott

Jeffrey Scott has extensive work experience in benefits analysis and management. Jeffrey held various senior roles at Graphic Packaging International, serving as a Lead Analyst and Senior Benefits Analyst. In these positions, they led bargaining support for benefits, managed benefit vendors, developed financial analyses, and actively managed annual enrollment. Jeffrey also played a key role in supporting compensation and benefits initiatives. Prior to their time at Graphic Packaging International, Scott worked as a Senior Benefits Administrator at Mohawk Industries and as a Benefits Consultant for Neenah Paper at CBIZ Retirement Plan Services. Additionally, they gained experience in lead generation and mail campaigns at Allstate Insurance, served as a Licensed Agent Representative at United Insurance Group, and worked as an Insurance Agent at Cornerstone America. Earlier in their career, Scott was an HR Contractor for AT&T at ZeroChaos, where they worked on benefits planning and pension planning projects. Jeffrey also held the role of Benefit Planning Manager at AT&T from 1991 to 2002, where they developed benefits and health care metrics, managed cost savings initiatives, and served as the primary contact for union negotiations. Scott began their career as an Account Representative at Unisys.

Jeffrey Scott completed their high school education from Doss High School between 1967 and 1972. Jeffrey then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance and Economics from the University of Kentucky between 1972 and 1976.
